We strive to transition Latin American economies to utilize 100% renewable energy resources for electricity generation and transportation fuel, and to maximize all energy efficiency opportunities in the production, transmission, and consumption of energy.
Current Programming
Nuestra Energia (Our Energy)
In the Nuestra Energia program, Mundo Sostenible installs small- to medium-scale solar energy projects at orphanages, shelters, care homes, clinics, schools, and other community-focused facilities. The transition to solar energy reduces operating costs and greenhouse gas emissions so that these facilities can focus their resources on their core mission.
Intita Rikuchiway (Show Me the Sun)
Intita Rikuchiway is a sister program to Nuestra Energía. We’re leading the charge to install medium- to large-scale solar energy projects at schools, universities, and hospitals to bolster economic development in Peru and beyond!

Our Project Implementation Team, located in Arequipa, Peru, is charged up to provide quality solar energy project installation and industry-leading consulting services. We’re ready to make a measurable impact on economic development in Peru, and to ensure that our organization plays a key role in reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Pukllasunchis is a primary and secondary school located in beautiful Cusco, Peru. This 16kW system powers an amazing school with workshops and cultural activities for the kids from ages 5 to 16.

Zona Zegura is a family shelter and boarding school located just outside Izcuchaca, Cusco, Peru. This 4.6kW system provides power for the facility and lays the groundwork for the facility’s future expansion.
